Important Commission Statement
AltMode Index contains merchant referral links. If you click on an affiliate link and complete a purchase, we may receive a referral commission from the seller. This payment occurs at no extra cost to you. You pay the exact same price whether you use our links or navigate directly to the retailer.
How Affiliate Relationships Work
When a portable display matches workspace criteria and is available through online retailers, we provide an outbound link. If an order is made through that link, the retailer allocates a modest percentage of their margin to support our publication.
- Commission structures do not modify listed retail prices, discounts, or promotions.
- Retailers do not pay us to guarantee favorable assessments or exclude negative specification flaws.
- We highlight missing cables, low brightness limits, and power feed issues regardless of affiliate eligibility.
Commercial Transparency
Our editorial decisions are driven by setup practicalities: whether a screen slips into a standard commuter backpack and powers on reliably with a single cable. Affiliate links are simply the commercial mechanism that finances our specification research and updates.
